The 3 Best Weight loss tips to Lose Weight Fast!

This Blog post will inform you on what to do when you want to lose weight. It will introduce to the 3 best tips to lose weight and will explain what they do and how you can start doing them.

The first tip is known as a HIIT Workout: HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, this training is much better than cardio because you will lose weight after the workout. A HIIT workout consists of certain exercises like mountain climbers and you have very little interval breaks (around 15 seconds).

The second tip is obviously your nutrition: Nutrition is very important when it comes to weight loss. But before you think about your diet, you need think about what you are eating NOW. If you want to lose weight you have to Stop : Drinking Juices, Eating Junk and eating at random times. You need to start : Eating healthier foods more often, control your hunger and drinking more water.
There are many Good diets out there, I would recommend reading some of my other blog posts on diets. The key to a diet is consistency, no cheat days, do you hear me? NO CHEAT DAYS. Anyway, if you keep on your diet for long enough you will see results.
The third tip I have already mentioned, it's consistency: If you are consistent when doing your workouts, going to the gym and eating healthy then you will see results. But If you do your workouts a few times a week, not working hard enough in the gym and having cheat days on your diet you won't see results and you will give up.
If you stay consistent and don't let your cravings get you, you will feel better about yourself. For the first couple of days, you might not see results, but If you keep going you will see results and hopefully that will motivate you until the very end of your transformation.
