Best HIIT Workout that Burns up to 1000 Calories In 1 Workout

If you don't already know what a HIIT Workout is, then let me just quickly explain. HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. This means that it is a certain workout that puts you under intense conditions with little breaks, HIIT Workouts are more effective than other fat burning workouts because you burn calories after your workout too!


The HIIT Workout that I'm talking about is boxing. Don't worry, I'm not talking about all boxing, it is a workout that integrates certain intense exercises like burpees and mountain climbers with boxing.


If you don't have any boxing equipment in your gym or you don't go to the gym I either recommend you find a boxing workout club near you or ask the staff gym if they could invest in boxing equipment.



You are probably wondering where the workout is, well... I'm about to share it with you now, so get ready:


Section 1


Skipping- 5 Minutes (If you can't skip, practice!)


Running - 5 Minutes (Use a treadmill, or run up and down)


10 Leg Raises and 15 Cross- arm crunches - 5 minutes (This targets your abs)


6 Squats, 6 Squat Jumps, 8 Push-ups, 3-5 Burpees - 5 Minutes


Section 2(Boxing)


Jab, Cross - 5 Minutes (Don't know what that is, research it)


Squat Punch with right and left hand, swap every 5 punches - 5 Minutes (For your right hand stand with the right side of your head facing the punching bag, and the same for the left side of your head)


Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut and Knee - 5 minutes (Research these terms If you don't know how to do them)


Section 3


5 Burpees


10 Push-ups


15 Mountain Climbers


Repeat Once


Section 4

Running- 5 Minutes (Use a treadmill, or run up and down)


That's the workout!




I recommend you do this every time you go to the gym, for you people who don't go to the gym, either join one or go and find a boxing training club that will most probably have a different workout than this but you will lose weight!


Remember you have to stay consistent, otherwise you will not lose fat and you will stay the same. Keep going, push hard and do it with a friend to boost your confidence.
