Many people struggle with losing weight, because they don't see results as soon as they start.


Losing weight is very weird, because the first time you see a difference in your body everything that you worked on before was for that transformation, it doesn't happen once you start.



The first thing you need to Improve in your life is your nutrition. Many people think that having a diet is the key to losing weight, but if you want to lose weight and maintain it too, you will eventually quit with your diet.


To lose weight quick and naturally you need to eat healthy foods that you enjoy. This is because you can maintain your weight and you can enjoy the foods that you eat, it's a "win-win" situation!


However, I know that some of you like to snack after your main meals, this is completely fine, however you need to snack only at certain times to control your hunger, otherwise you will snack too much at night...





Next, is your exercise. Exercise is extremely important when it comes to weight loss because once you hit the wall from eating healthily, exercise and workouts are what will get you past that wall


The best exercise for you to do every day is called HIIT. HIIT stands for High-intensity interval training. What does that mean?


- High - Intensity means workouts that will make you sweat and burn your abs.


- Interval indicates that between every exercise there will be little intervals (around 15-30 seconds)


Here is a HIIT Workout that you can use:


- 30 Jumping Jacks (Warm-up)


- 20 Mountain Climbers


- 18 Russian twists


- 24 Heel Touches


-22 Reverse Crunches


-16 Bicycle Crunches


- 1 Minute Plank


REPEAT


- Cobra Stretch


- Lying Twist Stretch Left


- Lying Twist Stretch Right


If you do this or another HIIT Workout for 30 minutes a day then you will lose weight very quickly for the first few weeks!
